Develop and implement an online marketing strategy plan to achieve brand and business goals across online ad marketing tools, performance measurement tools, content, and right management on social media, social listening tools (e.g., Facebook ads, Google ads, TikTok ads, GA4, GTM).
Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance against key KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversions, ROI).
Proactively identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Manage and optimize advertising budgets for maximum effectiveness.
Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to optimize campaign elements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Be able to lead internal discussions with marketing, creative, graphic, media channel teams, and external parties.
Represent the company and team to present communication plans to internal and external parties.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience and expertise in using Online Ads tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other related platforms to achieve marketing objectives.
Excellent command of English
Basic knowledge and understanding of IT or the logic behind Online Ads systems
Creative, constantly updating with new trends, enthusiastic, positive, strategic, and logical thinking.
Good interpersonal skills and human relations with a presentable personality.
Can-do mindset and a passion to strive for the very best.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Knowledge of online and Social Network Services.
Proficient in Google G Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and MS Office package.
Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing or a related field.
