Act as the point of communication between salespeople (Business Development Managers) and the Backend Operations Team.
Liaise with the Backend Operations Team to handle requests related to sales commission structure setup and adjustments, CRM account creation, and internal work account setup for new personnel, etc.
Provide full spectrum of administrative and operational assistance to the sales team by addressing inquiries related to client account setup, system access issues, rebate claims and commission matters, and escalate issues to relevant departments if appropriate.
Maintain and update the sales kit SOPs to reflect the latest client onboarding procedures and deliver training sessions to the sales team when necessary.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the team/management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in backend operations within the forex industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, in Thai, Chinese and English.
Solid understanding of trading platforms (MT4/MT5), PAMM/MAMM systems, CRM tools, MS Office, Outlook, sales ticketing systems, back-office workflows, etc.
Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Willing to work on flexible shifts (afternoon shift till 10PM and midnight shift till 12AM) and on weekends.
