Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinates with team to make the operation cost reduction road map to meet company objective.
  • Monitors operation cost and actual performance weekly basic.
  • Contacts to outside (oversea organization) to exchange information.
  • Consolidate and prepare the presentation package overall strategic projects related to PRB factory.
  • Consolidate and review actual saving from CI activities to meet the target.
  • Consolidate all operation saving and convert to CO2 emission reduction.
  • Planning and Manage operation budget to meet the target that commited with Finance.
  • Performs related work as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Experiecne in Operations, Engineering or related field.

SKILLS:

  • Good English communication
  • Good presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of Continue Improvement (CI), Six-Sigma, Lean, QCC, Kaizen.
  • Basic knowledge of Sustainability
  • Computer literacy
