Key Responsibility:
- Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all branches within Lotuss hypermarkets.
- Ensure all stores operate in compliance with food safety standards and company SOPs.
- Monitor store performance through KPIs (sales, cost, waste, productivity).
- Expansion & Standardization
- Standardize operations and processes across all sites to ensure uniform customer experience.
- Team & Workforce Management
- Lead, coach, and develop store managers and front-line teams.
- Create manpower planning, shift schedules, and optimize labor cost.
- In-Store Production Supervision
- Supervise in-branch food production ensuring quality, freshness, and hygiene compliance.
- Sales & Customer Focus
- Handle customer escalations and ensure service recovery processes are in place.
- Improvement & Reporting
- Analyze sales, cost, and operational metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- Implement continuous improvement plans for cost efficiency and scalability.
- Report operational insights to senior management regularly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Food Science, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in operations or retail food business, preferably in QSR, deli, or hypermarket.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene standards (GHP/HACCP) is a plus.
- Experience managing multi-unit operations or chain stores.
- Analytical, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
