Operation Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring high standards of efficiency, service quality, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Drive overall business performance through effective sales strategies, cost control, and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and support Area Managers and Store Managers to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction goals.
• Implement and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs), health and safety regulations, and food quality standards across all outlets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Marketing, Human Resources, and Supply Chain to align operational execution with the company's strategic direction.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in store operations and customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in food retail, QSR, or multi-unit restaurant operations.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing multi-location operations, with proven leadership in managing large teams across diverse geographies.
• Strong expertise in people development, operational strategy, and performance management.
• Solid background within food chains, QSR, or similar fast-paced foodservice environments (e.g., caf chains, franchise operations).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a hands-on leadership approach.
