Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Operations Strategy & Business Performance

  • Develop and execute operations strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Own sales performance, profitability, and P&L across all stores.
  • Monitor business performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvement plans.
  • Establish and track operational KPIs to drive sustainable growth.

Store Operations Excellence


  • Ensure consistent operational standards across all corporate and franchise stores.
  • Develop, improve, and maintain SOPs and operational processes.
  • Lead store audits and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

Sales & Customer Experience


  • Drive initiatives to increase sales and improve store productivity.
  • Enhance customer experience through operational improvements and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and product launches successfully.

Franchise Operations


  • Ensure franchise partners operate in compliance with BEARHOUSE standards.
  • Provide operational support and performance improvement initiatives for franchise stores.
  • Build strong partnerships to drive network growth and business success.

Operations Training & People Development


  • Lead the Operations Training team to ensure consistent onboarding, training, and certification across all stores.
  • Develop training programs that strengthen operational capability and leadership.
  • Build a high-performing operations organization with a strong talent pipeline.

Leadership


  • Lead and develop Regional/Area Operations teams and the Operations Training team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive organizational readiness to support business expansion.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 10+ years of experience in Retail or Food & Beverage Operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing multi-unit operations and large teams.
  • Experience overseeing both corporate and franchise operations is highly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with proven ownership of sales, profitability, and P&L.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
