Operation Excellence Analyst

Role

This role focuses on improving operational performance across warehousing, transportation, procurement, customer service, and quality management. You will analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, support improvement projects, develop dashboards/KPIs, and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve service, productivity, cost, and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in operations, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or continuous improvement
• Strong analytical skills with ability to solve operational problems using data
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot, formulas), Power BI/Tableau, SQL, Python, and AI tools preferred
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred)
• Hands-on mindset, comfortable working on the warehouse/operations floor
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
