Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain the Operation Management System to meet the business's needs. 2. Analyze data and operational reports to identify issues and opportunities for improvement. 3. Collaborate with various teams to design and implement system development projects. 4. Train and support system users in effectively utilizing the OMS. 5. Regularly monitor and evaluate the system's performance and recommend improvements. 6. Ensure the security and privacy of data within the system. 7. Stay updated on trends and new technologies in operations management for application within the organization.Qualifications
. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics Management, Management Engineering, or related disciplines). . Work Experience: At least 1 years in operations management or system development. . Knowledge of operation management systems and related tools. . Strong analytical skills and proficiency in relevant software. . Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. . Problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
