Operation Manager
-Develop and execute site operational strategies aligned with global business goals and customer demand.
-Oversee daily operations of production planning, materials management, equipment maintenance, and supply chain coordination to ensure efficient operational integration.
-Drive alignment between functional areas to ensure seamless order-to-delivery processes.
-Ensure efficient production planning, capacity loading, material availability, and delivery performance.
-Oversee planning processes (MPS/MRP), BOM control, and on-time delivery (OTD) targets.
-Coordinate with HQ supply chain and global teams to align inventory, materials, and production timelines.
-Lead and develop department heads in production, warehouse, and planning functions.
-Build a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs, coaching, and team engagement.
-Encourage cross-functional collaboration and employee growth.
-Lead and develop the operations team, enhance employee skills and team cohesion, and drive continuous performance improvement.
-Establish and enhance operational management systems to ensure compliance with ISO quality management systems and safety production standards.
-Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and automation initiatives across all operations.
-Monitor KPIs for efficiency, quality, cost, and delivery identify areas for improvement.
-Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, and corporate operational standards.
-Act as the key contact with the Global Operations Director and HQ supply chain teams.
-Provide clear reporting and updates on local execution, risks, and improvement plans.
-Manage operational budgets and drive cost savings through productivity and resource optimization.
-Support Capex/Opex planning for manufacturing and logistics improvements.
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field.
-Minimum 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, with 5+ years in multi-department operational oversight.
-Experience in precision manufacturing, preferably in optics, electronics, or medical devices.
-Proven success in leading cross-functional teams: production, warehouse, planning, and logistics.
-Strong knowledge of ERP/MES systems, material control, and production KPIs.
-Solid understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949 standards.
-Hands-on experience in lean manufacturing, risk mitigation, and team development.
-Strategic thinking with a high sense of urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset.
-Knowledge of BOM management, cost control, and inventory optimization
-Strategic mindset, resilience under pressure, and innovative thinking to drive business growth with a results-oriented approach.
-Fluent in Chinese and English (verbal and written)
