Employment Type: Full-time / Mon-Fri (09.00 AM-06.00 PM)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operation Manager / Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise, the ability to lead teams on job sites, and excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operations across multiple projects to ensure smooth execution
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, resources, and deliverables
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals
• Recruit, manage, and supervise manpower for job sites
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 35 years experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
• Strong connections/network to source manpower for job sites
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
