Job Description

  • Drive operational performance improvement across key business metrics, focusing on increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction in the Thailand-Samut Prakan region.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization, providing actionable insights to the team and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer service, and product, to implement performance initiatives and monitor their impact.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement in operational processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • More than 1-2 years of experience in operations, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment, with a focus on performance analysis and improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in using data tools and platforms to extract, manipulate, and interpret data.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and driving results through collaboration and influence.
  • Experience in e-commerce, Sortation business and 3PL operation solutions is highly preferred.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) with advanced skills in Excel.
