Role Description

The Operation Sales role is a full-time, on-site position located in Chonburi. The responsibilities include maintaining and growing customer relationships, developing and managing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves conducting training sessions, managing sales operations, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales goals and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Chinese department or HSK4 and above are preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
• Excellent customer service capabilities and a commitment to addressing client needs and concerns
• Proficiency in sales techniques, including generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals
• Experience in training and mentoring individuals or teams
• Knowledge of sales management, including strategy development and performance tracking
• Organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the technology or manufacturing sector is an advantage
