We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Operations Specialist to join our Ocean Freight team in Thailand. The successful candidate will support day‑to‑day ocean freight operations, including shipment coordination, booking execution, documentation control, and compliance with international shipping and Thai customs regulations. This role requires close coordination with internal teams, carriers, and overseas partners to ensure smooth and timely cargo movement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily ocean freight operations, including bookings, documentation preparation, and shipment tracking.
• Liaise with shipping lines, carriers, trucking vendors, customs brokers, and overseas agents to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
• Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, AMS, and ISF filings (where applicable).
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to internal systems and customers.
• Ensure compliance with Thai customs regulations, carrier requirements, and international shipping standards.
• Assist the CS / Operations Manager in resolving operational issues, discrepancies, and shipment exceptions.
• Maintain accurate and well‑organized operational records to support audits and internal reporting.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (sales, customer service, finance) to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Coordinate effectively with local and international partners to support end‑to‑end ocean freight operations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics, preferably with hands‑on ocean freight operations exposure.
• Proficiency in Thai and English (spoken and written); Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and freight forwarding systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
