Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities

1. Takes care of actual physical product receiving against supplier invoice. Any discrepancy must be solved under authority.
2. Takes care of product picking accuracy (Correct product, Correct quantity and Correct batch) from the assigned locations as per customer order and move them to the right dispatching area in time of usage.
3. Takes care of stock movement inside the warehouse and ensure that stock is confirmed at NETSUITE system correctly.
4. Take care of shipping and/or handover finished goods product as per align Oatside loading plan.
5. Responsible for driving standard of work and ensuring quality processes are implemented to deliver a Right First Time product to the customer aligned with their business requirement.
6. Ensure that all staffs under his/her supervision provide full support to related assignments.
7. To ensure that all products under warehouse control are counted and meet the cycle count plan.
8. Follow up variance inventory issue in case of variance root cause occur with need reconciliation with other parties Oatside In-Plant. (PD,PQ, Planner, Transport 3PL at Plant)
9. Review warehouse space utilization to ensure smooth in operation for both warehouse and production and alert crisis situation to direct manager.
10. To ensure that important SOP/WI are developed to meet Oatside requirement lead to agreed operation performance.
11. Maintain records, reports containing necessary information and also prepare any necessary documents to align standard of work.
12. Evaluate situation which will impact warehouse productivity and report to direct manager.
13. Patrols his/her responsible area to inspect and ensure its cleanliness, orderliness and safety.
14. Ensures all equipment on his/her responsible area are in good condition and usable at all time, in case of unusable equipment found, he/she must report to direct manager for further support.
15. Arranges a pre-shift meeting to update work plan with priority assignment.
16. Communicate and coordinate with other departments at Oatside In-Plant on issue of impact possibility to warehouse working plan .

Requirements

Education : Diploma and/or Bachelor in any field.

Experience : 1-2 years in WH and Transport Operations

Special Knowledge / Skills :

Fair command of English, Fair computer literacy, Operation, Product

Knowledge, service mind, interpersonal and under pressure.
