Coordinate with customer as a representative for operation.
To closely work with Contract Managers and department head to ensure the contractual KPI and customer satisfaction are improved or maintained.
To ensure all department heads will complete their tasks according to their time line, by reminding and giving them the supporting.
Studying the project and operations under Supervisory to contribute the cost reduction and the operations improvement by suggestion the best comment via his / her experience of involvement on all departments to provide an organization view.
To ensure all periodically or occasionally report are completed, qualified and on time submitted.
Assist Supervisor level to come up with all media of communication.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in any field.
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experiences in warehouse operations , preferably with team leader or supervisory experience
Good knowledge of Warehouse Management systems
Strong leadership , problem-solving and team management skills
