Position: Operation Support Manager
Le Cordon Bleu Dusit - Culinary Arts School
Office Location: Central tower, Central World
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Oversea the proficiency and delivery of all support teams, supply management, HR, IT, Work permit & visa, maintenance. Ensure the efficiency from the services providers.
Provide strategies and administrative management and in the fulfilment of the schools Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment
Provide a point of coordination with its strategic partner Dusit International and regulatory authorities such as the Ministry of Education in Thailand for matters relating to compliance
Manage all aspects of study and work permits for expatriate students and staffs (incl. requests & forms, visa renewal & visa extension applications)
Provide input to the preparation of a range of reports to support and inform the Joint Venture Director on a range of school matters including progress reports for Board of Directors meetings and Committees (as required)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working in either an educaional enviroment or (international service industry ) is an advantage.
Strong leadership, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Exceptional customer service skills, customer-focused, Good interpersonal skills
Superior time-management skills; including an ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workloads to meet tight deadlines
Superior analytical skills, knowledge of business drivers, and effective strategies to achieve high-quality of office administration
Good research skills, data analysis, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Hands-on, flexible, and adaptive approach; ability to act in a rapidly changing environment and within the context of an entrepreneurial, family-owned business culture
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) and ability to prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
Ability to handle multi-tasks
