Forecast sale volume, sale progress and strategies in short-term period.
Create data daily reports, analyze and summary all related sale trend. Arrange the motivation activities and rewards for sale team Support sale team regarding system problem solving, customer support, company rules and policy announcement Be a key contact person with China head office to deliver all in formation to Thai team.
Analyse and collect system requirements from internal and external users Coordinate with IT team to follow up and share all updates to team.
Collaborate with Marketing team to set promotion, artwork design and support Marketing activities. Controlling manage team budget, record and report all expenses to finance team.
Support translation tasks both written and face to face translation.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Business Coordination, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data, trends, and generate reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to support sales teams in operational issues.
Strong coordination and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance.
Experience in coordinating with international teams or headquarters is an advantage.
Fluent in Thai and Chinese (Mandarin) for communication and translation; English is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and budgeting management skills.
