About the Role
We are looking for a Backoffice Operations Specialist to join our team in Bangkok. This is a full-time, shift-based, hybrid role responsible for processing client requests and managing operational workflows through our CRM system in a fast-paced forex and online trading environment.
Responsibilities
- Process and validate deposit, withdrawal, and account-related requests via the CRM
- Review KYC document submissions and progress or escalate cases as required
- Handle IB operations cases including link requests, commission queries, and structure changes
- Maintain queue discipline and ensure cases are progressed within SLA targets
- Route complex or compliance-flagged cases to the appropriate team when required
- Maintain accurate records of case actions, validations, and outcomes
- Support onboarding-related processing and follow-up
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
Qualifications
- Fluent in Thai (spoken and written) required for daily communication
- English communication skills are also required
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Good problem-solving ability and follow-up discipline
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule (24/7 coverage)
- Comfortable using digital tools, CRM, and web-based systems
- Experience in backoffice operations, forex, brokerage, trading, fintech, or financial services is an advantage
- Experience with CRM, ticketing, or case management systems is a plus
- Basic understanding of KYC/AML processes is a plus
- Familiarity with MT4/MT5 platforms is a bonus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred

Pay Range and Compensation Package
Monthly salary range: THB 25,000–35,000, depending on experience and qualifications. A monthly performance-based incentive is available upon successful completion of the probation period.
