Job Description

Brunel Thailand is looking for a dynamic Operations Administrator to play a key role in supporting daily business operations and ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Visa and Work Permit

  • Coordinate for preparing the corporate and required documents for obtaining a Non-Immigrant B/O visa from oversea to Thailand in accordance with each embassy's requirement, including and completed on time.
  • Coordinate for providing service of visa and work permit applications in Thailand, ensure visa and work permit are on well monitoring, presented, and completed on time in order to comply with Government laws and regulations and company law and regulations.
  • Consultant's personal visa application for family.
  • Orientation of new expat for visas and work permit processing properly.
  • Coordinate for preparing the required document for termination of visa and work permit in the proper timeline.
  • Facilitate for obtaining Business visa and Urgent Work Permit for Business Visitor.

Relocation Services

  • Preparing handbook and complete onboarding pack for expat employees.
  • Coordinate for on/off boarding for expat.
  • Coordinate for travelling arrangement including flights, airport transfer, fast track, transportation and temporary accommodation/hotel.
  • Coordinate for finding permanent accommodation, bonds and utilities.
  • Coordinate for freight shipment and custom clearance for import/export.
  • Coordinate for school finding
  • Facilitate for obtaining Driving License, Open Bank Account and Passport Renewal in Thailand.

Administration and Logistic Services

  • Coordinate and assist for the procurement of the project.
  • Coordinate and arrange for medical check-ups.
  • Monitor and track accommodation and its payment.
  • Monitor and track rental transportation and its payment.
  • Monitor and provide administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Issue PR/PO in related Operation Tasks and coordinate with vendor and finance
  • team for payment proceeding.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager and management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least three years of relevant work experience, preferably in an Administrative, immigration, or Global Mobility role.
  • Excellent communication skills and influence in English.
  • Well manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Fresh and dynamic team player with good cooperation.
  • Proactive and meticulous.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
