We are seeking an experienced maintenance or reliability professional who understands plant operations and can help identify performance losses, map maintenance workflows, and propose practical improvement actions for customers in the petrochemical and process industries. The role involves analyzing recurring equipment failures, maintenance efficiency, and plant capacity challenges in coordination with client teams.
Responsibilities
Investigate unplanned shutdowns and recurring equipment failures (such as rotating machinery and agitators).
Conduct on-site assessments of maintenance practices, preventive programs, and work management processes.
Collect and interpret operational and condition monitoring data to identify root causes of avoidable losses.
Support development of improvement plans targeting cost reduction, reliability, and equipment uptime.
Facilitate discussions between maintenance, reliability, and operations teams to align objectives.
Document findings and recommend practical corrective and preventive actions.
Qualifications
510 years in maintenance, reliability, or production process optimization engineering in process or petrochemical industries.
Strong understanding of failure analysis, root cause investigation, and equipment performance diagnostics.
Experience with maintenance planning and execution (preventive, predictive, and turnaround).
Familiarity with condition monitoring systems (e.g., vibration, thermography, oil analysis).
Ability to interpret P&IDs, equipment datasheets, and maintenance records.
Clear communication and report-writing skills in English and Thai.
