Thai Nexus is seeking a full-time Operations and Content Coordinator for our new Bangkok branch. This hybrid role requires a proactive professional to balance high-quality website content creation with the operational demands of a new location. During the initial phase, your primary focus will be producing SEO-driven articles and web copy highlighting our international shipping, mail forwarding, and visa consultancy services. You will serve as the essential link between the Bangkok office and our Hua Hin headquarters, ensuring brand standards and service protocols are strictly maintained.
As the International Operations Assistant, you will oversee daily branch workflows, manage on-site client inquiries, and coordinate logistics for international parcels. This position requires exceptional written English skills and the ability to work independently in a start-up environment. You will handle administrative tasks and branch oversight while executing a content strategy that drives online traffic and brand awareness. We need a versatile individual who understands the expat market and can translate technical service information into compelling narratives.
This is a strictly on-site position in Bangkok. We are looking for a candidate with a background in business operations or marketing who can manage a lower initial workload by building a robust digital foundation. As the location grows, your responsibilities will evolve to include greater management and team coordination.
