Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and manage daily logistics operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficient coordination across transportation, customs clearance, and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end shipment operations (import/export, cross-border, domestic)
- Liaise with clients, shipping lines, transporters, and customs agents
- Ensure timely execution of shipments and proactively resolve operational challenges
- Handle documentation including BLs, invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients
- Support cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and prepare internal reports
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics (fresh graduates with strong intent may be considered)
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English and Thai fluency
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
