O&M Asset Management - Assistant Manager / Manager
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily plant performance via monitoring platforms and analyse generation data (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Review and prepare operational reports (DGR, WGR, MIS).
- Conduct audits to ensure contractor performance and maintenance quality.
- Oversee operations including preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring compliance with PPA and utility requirements.
- Act as the primary client interface for operational matters and stakeholder coordination.
- Respond to operational incidents and emergencies according to established procedures.
- Coordinate with O&M contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure effective maintenance execution.
- Collaborate with OEMs, internal teams, and client representatives to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
- Support JMR/AMR processes and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
- Drive plant uptime and operational efficiency across assigned assets.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 3 - 8 years of experience in solar operations, with mandatory C&I solar experience.
- Strong understanding of rooftop/embedded solar systems and PPA structures.
- Experience managing O&M contractors and handling RCA/CAPA processes.
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours when required.
