Operations and Supply Planning.
The Operations and Supply Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the material requirement, inventory, and distribution of materials necessary for production. This role ensures that materials are available to meet production schedules without interruption while optimizing inventory levels.
About The Role - You Will
- Develop and align company strategies with organizational goals.
- Analyze data to support decision-making.
- Lead key strategic projects and drive crossfunctional execution.
- Monitor business performance and recommend improvement actions.
- Provide strategic reports, presentations, and support to senior management.
- Manage budgeting, POR4.0/ IBP/SOP EBO/Project
- Enhance organizational processes, frameworks, and strategic capabilities
About You
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, E2E) and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Your Experience Includes
- experience in material planning, inventory management, or supply chain roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
