Designation: Student Support Executive/ Customer Support Executive
Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information and assist with orders, returns, and refunds.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards.
- Generate references from enrolled students and complete the reference targets to earn incentives.
Shift Timings: 10AM – 7PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Off: Sunday
