Initiate, manage and drive the implementation of productivity projects to achieve AOP target.
Drive digitalization projects to be implemented as plan and get benefits as target.
Lead TPM program and activities with cross functional teams.
Deliver plant performance reporting and validate the data to ensure accurate numbers reported.
Drive sustainability agenda with Engineering team.
Enhance and sustain team capabilities in terms of Lean Six-Sigma, TPM, technical knowledge of operations.
Deliver any special assignment as business need.
Responsibilities
Drive plant performance in terms of true efficiency, material efficiencies, labor efficiency, utilities efficiencies by deep dive, gap analysis, applying Lean Six-Sigma methodology to identify opportunities for improvements. Work with cross functional teams to ensure action plans are in place and been executed to get the expected results.
Drive productivity projects to achieve AOP target by:
Lead brainstorming sessions and initiate new ideas to identify productivity with cross-functional teams.
Drive and manage implementation of the productivity projects/ initiatives to gain saving as expected.
Report productivity saving vs plan and governance productivity estimation and saving realization according to business framework
Drive digitalization projects initiated by team or deployed from OU/ Global to be implemented as plan and gain benefit as target.
Lead TPM program with cross-functional teams to drive TPM pillars and TPM culture integration.
Deliver plant performance reports in reporting system with accurate data. Ensure reporting numbers from other functions are correct and following global definition/ framework.
Co-driving sustainability agenda including projects, assessment, deep dive and actions with Engineering team to ensure achieving target milestones.
Develop team capabilities in terms of Lean Six-Sigma and TPM. Enhance technical capability of operation teams together with Plant Specialist and Experts. Develop capability build up programs and platform with cross functional team to ensure we can sustain the knowledge and skills of the team even for newcomers.
Take responsibility for any other assignments that company assigns.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering/ Science or related field. Postgraduate in Engineering/ Science/ MBA or related field is preferable.
Good project management skill as a team lead, member in cross functional environment.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to influence/ drive across all levels of stakeholders in the organizations.
Good strategic and analytic thinking.
Good leadership skills, especially driving/ influencing skills
Good communication in Thai and English.
Good knowledge and experience in Lean/ Six Sigma methodology and TPM. Certified Green Belt or Black Belt is preferable.
