Role Description

The Operations Coordinator (Overnight Manager) is a full-time, remote working role during overnight Asia operations (2300-0700 Bangkok time). This position is responsible for coordinating and organizing hotel reservations for business aviation clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of bookings before and after flights. Day-to-day tasks include managing incoming requests via email and messaging platforms, updating itineraries, maintaining booking records, and communicating with hotel partners to secure preferred rates and conditions. The role also involves resolving booking issues, supporting flight operations teams with last-minute changes, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer service. The Operations Coordinator works closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain efficient workflows and uphold FLYTEgroup's service standards.

Qualifications

  • The candidate will be working an overnight shift during Asia timezone (2300-0700)
  • 8 hour work schedule , 2300-0700 (Bangkok time). 2 days off per week. (Thursday/Friday)
  • Candidates should possess strong Operations Management and Administrative Assistance skills to coordinate bookings, maintain records, and support daily workflows.
  • Candidates should demonstrate excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients, hotel partners, and internal teams in a professional manner.
  • Candidates should have solid Analytical Skills to review itineraries, identify issues, and optimize booking solutions.
  • Prior experience in travel, hospitality, aviation support, or related operations roles is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency with common office software and reservation or CRM systems, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based or extended-hours environment and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
