We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support regional operations with a focus on asset coordination, inventory management, and purchasing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate regional assets and identify underutilized equipment to maximize utilization.
  • Oversee expendable inventory levels, manage stock movements, and support the setup of centralized stock hubs.
  • Coordinate capital equipment and key product purchases in alignment with the Houston Purchasing & Materials Management team.
  • Support operations with logistics arrangements and equipment movement to optimize revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards, procedures, and safety policies.

Qualifications

  • 34+ years of operational experience, plus 01 year in a coordination or administrative support role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.
  • Solid understanding of operations, administration, and basic inventory/asset processes.
  • Knowledge of Weatherford equipment and business is an advantage.

  • ISDT/fishing DEPARTMENT ops coordination experience
