Job Description

Strategic Leadership & Business Transformation

  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and execute the company's operational strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term growth objectives.
  • Lead organisational transformation initiatives to enhance agility, scalability, and competitiveness in a rapidly evolving market.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between operations, product development, finance, and commercial teams.

Global Operations Management

  • Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple geographies, including manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure operational excellence through standardised processes, robust governance, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Implement advanced planning systems to optimise production capacity and inventory management.

Supply Chain & Manufacturing Excellence

  • Develop and execute strategies for sourcing, procurement, and vendor management to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
  • Drive lean manufacturing principles and automation initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards, sustainability requirements, and ethical sourcing practices.

Financial & Performance Accountability

  • Manage operational budgets, monitor financial performance, and deliver on cost-efficiency targets.
  • Establish and track KPIs across all operational functions, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate forecasting, cost control, and margin optimisation.

Technology & Innovation Integration

  • Champion the adoption of advanced technologies in manufacturing, product development, and supply chain management.
  • Partner with R&D and product teams to accelerate innovation cycles and bring cutting-edge products to market.
  • Leverage data analytics and digital tools for predictive insights and operational decision-making.

Leadership & Organisational Development

  • Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive talent development initiatives, succession planning, and workforce engagement.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, labour laws, and environmental standards.
  • Develop robust risk management frameworks to mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks.
  • Lead crisis management and business continuity planning.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a key liaison between operations and executive leadership, providing transparent reporting and strategic insights.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Represent the company in high-level negotiations and industry forums.

The Successful Applicant


  • Minimum 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 8 years in senior operational roles within apparel, footwear, or related industries.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale, multi-site operations and global supply chains.
  • Experience in high-tech or performance apparel manufacturing is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in operational strategy, process optimisation, and change management.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage complex budgets.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages (especially Thai) a plus.
  • Open to foreign nationals who have lived and/or worked in Southeast Asia previously.
  • Ability to navigate cultural nuances and regional business practices effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across SEA and globally.
