Job Description

Job Title: Operations Director-Food & Beverage Manufacturing Location: Bangkok & Upcountry Industry: Food & Beverage (Including OEM Manufacturing) Job Purpose The Operations Director is responsible for leading and optimizing all operational aspects of the food and beverage manufacturing business, including OEM production. This role ensures strategic alignment, operational efficiency, compliance with international food safety standards, and continuous improvement across multiple production lines. The position plays a key role in driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction for both in-house and OEM clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives to support growth and profitability.
  • Factory Oversight: Manage end-to-end operations for food and beverage manufacturing, including OEM production, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other relevant food safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Cost Optimization initiatives across all facilities.
  • OEM Management: Oversee OEM partnerships, ensuring production meets client specifications and contractual obligations.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Optimize raw material planning, inventory control, and logistics to support production efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a strong operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with senior leadership on financial planning, CAPEX/OPEX management, and operational KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including OEM clients and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in food and beverage manufacturing operations, including beverage production, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
  • Proven experience managing OEM production and working with multiple brands.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, Lean Manufacturing, and process optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai.
  • Ability to travel to upcountry locations to oversee factory operations.
