Operations Director

As Business Operations Director, you'll take ownership of a growing network of locations and play a pivotal role in scaling the business. This isn't a role for someone who wants to inherit a mature operating model. It's for a leader who enjoys building one.

You'll work closely with senior leadership to improve performance, strengthen operational consistency, develop future leaders, and ensure new sites launch successfully. From commercial performance and customer experience through to labor efficiency and operational standards, you'll be at the center of the company's next growth chapter.

The environment is entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and highly collaborative. Decisions happen quickly, ideas are welcomed, and ownership is expected.

We're looking for someone with significant multi-site leadership experience gained within restaurants, hospitality, retail, QSR, or other customer-facing operations businesses. Strong commercial acumen, P&L ownership, team leadership, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution are essential.
