The Role
We are seeking a customer-focused Operations Executive to join our Operations Department in Bangkok. The role focuses on handling incoming customer requests and reservations while delivering excellent service standards and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings. This position suits a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and requests according to company quality standards and procedures.
- Convert enquiries into reservations while exceeding customer service expectations.
- Track all client reservations and ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Monitor enquiries received through the company website.
- Make reservations via phone and email.
- Work collaboratively within the Operations team to ensure high service quality.
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Qualifications
- Fluent English and Chinese - mandatory.
- Experience with tour operators, travel agencies, hotel reservations departments, or front desk roles - strong advantage.
- Additional foreign language - strong advantage.
- Understanding of tour operators and hotel operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work in shift rotation.
