Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Maintenance Head to lead plant maintenance operations for a large-scale industrial manufacturing facility in Thailand.
This role will be responsible for planning, implementing, and controlling preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities while ensuring full compliance with Thai safety regulations and plant safety standards.
The incumbent will drive equipment reliability, operational uptime, and maintenance excellence while supporting plant expansion and capital projects.
Role Scope
Plan, implement, and control preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Ensure all maintenance operations comply with Thai industrial safety laws and internal plant safety standards.
Oversee ordering, design support, and technical evaluation of process equipment, plant machinery, and critical systems.
Maintain and monitor critical equipment to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
Analyze equipment failures and implement root cause corrective and preventive actions (RCCA).
Support modifications, upgrades, and installation of new equipment and plant machinery.
Participate in CAPEX planning, budgeting, and execution of engineering projects.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, documentation, and technical reports.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety requirements, and internal maintenance governance frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience
1216 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial plant maintenance.
Strong Experience In Preventive And Predictive Maintenance Systems.
Exposure to process manufacturing or chemical industry preferred.
Experience Handling Plant Machinery Design Inputs And Equipment Procurement.
Strong knowledge of Thai safety regulations and ISO compliance standards.
