Role Purpose:
Support pre- and post-M&A activities by understanding current operations, building readiness for deployment, ensuring smooth integration into the target company's operational processes and executing, managing, operating successful plant operations. Integrate production networks, harmonize standards (Quality/EHS/Lean), consolidate suppliers/SKUs, and deliver cost & throughput synergies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct operational assessments of target businesses (production, quality, supply chain).
- Support operational due diligence by providing data review and risk identification.
- Participate in integration planning for manufacturing, logistics, and quality systems.
- Coordinate with factory teams to understand processes for potential deployment.
- Support implementation of Group/ITC operational standards at target companies.
- Provide insights on productivity improvement, cost reduction, and process harmonization.
- Prepare operational dashboards, KPIs, and progress updates for senior management.
- Travel and deploy to the acquired company as required.
- Consolidate procurement and material specs with Sourcing.
- Lead continuous improvement (Lean/TPM) across acquired sites.
- Align EHS standards and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- 510 years in manufacturing/operations, preferably in FMCG, food, or related industries.
- Experience in process improvement, Lean/Kaizen, or operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Chinese language capability is an advantage.
