Lead and oversee all operational departments including production planning, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
Ensure efficient day-to-day manufacturing operations including production planning, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery.
Provide both disciplinary and professional management of production staff, including workforce planning, training, and performance reviews.
Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and process optimization across the factory.
Ensure all production activities comply with food safety standards (HACCP, IFS) and internal hygiene protocols.
Work closely with the technical team and maintenance to monitor and improve machine performance and technical reliability.
Support technical projects, including equipment upgrades, line modifications, and automation initiatives.
Develop and track KPIs related to production performance, costs, and quality metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, procurement, product development, and senior management to align operations with business goals.
Maintain close communication with the main facility at headquarters.
Qualifications:
Bechelor degree Mechatronic engineering , Food technology, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, Mechatronic engineering, manufacturing management, or a related field.
Solid technical understanding of food manufacturing equipment and production line processes.
Several years of leadership experience in an operations or production role in the food industry. Ideally within cake-decoration or bakery manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with machinery, maintenance coordination, or process engineering is a strong advantage.
Proven success in implementing process improvements, cost reductions, and productivity gains.
Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, IFS, or equivalent certifications).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Analytical thinker with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
Fluent in Thai and English; German language skills are a plus.
