Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Manage daily production activities and coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve production systems and processes.
- Monitor production performance metrics and drive corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in production or operations management within plastic injection.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale production teams and managing complex operations.
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection processes, manufacturing systems, lean methodologies, and process optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Thai language.
