Job Description

Our client operates as an Influencer Marketing platform that helps brands manage customized campaigns by connecting them with the right influencers, particularly focusing on micro-influencers to generate authentic reviews and user-generated content (UGC).

For this Operations Manager:

Lead and manage the Operations team to ensure efficient and timely execution of all Influencer Marketing project phases, from coordination and contracting to monitoring and on-site management, while maintaining consistent quality standards. This role also involves collaborating with the Development (Dev) team to analyze and continuously improve organizational processes and efficiency.

Operational Management & Execution

  • Monitor and track the work of every member of the Operations team to ensure all tasks assigned by the Project Manager (PM) are successfully completed on schedule and maintain consistent quality according to defined standards.
  • Appropriately manage and distribute the Operations team's workload to maximize everyone's efficiency and minimize the risk of work delays.
  • Oversee the main communication and coordination between the company and the Influencers to ensure it is of high quality and consistent standards.
  • Oversee the process of contracting, tracking essential documents, and verifying the accuracy of the terms and conditions between the company and the Influencer.
  • Serve as the leader in allocating team members for managing and coordinating on-site operations (e.g., filming, events) to control the situation according to plan and quickly resolve immediate, on-the-spot issues.

Standardization & Process Optimization:

  • Maintain a logical view for monitoring and tracking work and be able to design concrete and standardized performance metrics for the Operations team.
  • Analyze the Operations team's workflow and translate the scope of work into a systematic view to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
  • Work closely with the Development (Dev) team to find ways to develop new tools, systems, or platforms to make the Operations team's work as efficient as possible.

Team Leadership & Problem Solving

  • Act as the advisor and problem-solver for the Operations team's complex, on-site issues with high urgency.
  • Organize Training, Coaching, and foster a work culture within the team that maintains a single, high standard of quality.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 10+ years of professional experience as Operation management Or Project management in Contact center or BPO servicing.
  • Proven expertise in Team management with subordinates over 5 people
  • Experience in Marketing agency will be advantage
  • Good Command in English
