The Role
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the operational functions of AMMEGA Thailand, including Customer Service, Warehouse, Material Management , Logistics, and Quality Control. This role ensures efficient end-to-end order fullfillment, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement while supporting the company's business growth.
Individual Accountabilities
- Drive operational excellence and ensure service and productivity are consistently achieved
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Drive digialisation and automation initiatives within the operations team
- Ensure compliance with local quality and safety standards
What Are We Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Engineering.
- 5 years of leadership experience in operations management with strong business acumen.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Customer Service, Warehousing, Logistics and fulfilment operations.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, inventory control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
- Strong coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and manage competing priorities.
