Since our founding in 2021 we have grown rapidly, serving customers across various channels ranging from supermarkets such as Villa Market to eCommerce marketplaces.

To support our continued growth, we're looking for an Operations Manager who will own the day-to-day operational engine while working closely with leadership to drive efficiency and scale. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution: you'll build and improve processes, keep our supply chain running smoothly, and ensure every department has what it needs to perform. You tell us the resources you need and we'll make sure you're equipped.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives
• Manage the replenishment process: prepare purchase orders, track supplier lead times, and follow up on deliveries
• Monitor stock levels, flag low inventory to avoid stockouts, and coordinate with warehouse staff on receiving, counting, and stocking
• Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and deliveries; support reporting on inventory and operational metrics
• Enforce standard operating procedures across departments and ensure supply chain processes function effectively
• Coordinate with department heads, external partners, and vendors on operational activity and strategic goals
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team to achieve productivity and engagement

Who are we looking for

• 3+ years experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management (retail/FMCG background a plus)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with a hands-on approach to getting things done
• Structured and proactive: you solve root-cause problems ahead of time rather than firefighting
• Comfortable using data, analytics, spreadsheets, and warehouse/order management systems to steer decisions
• Reliable and willing to take full ownership of follow-through
• Proficient in Thai; able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
