Operations Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Bluechips Microhouse Co., Ltd. in Chiang Mai. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing resources, coordinating production schedules, ensuring quality control, and optimizing efficiency. The Operations Manager will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology
• Familiarity with EMS industry standards and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) are a plus
