Key Responsibilities
Training & Capability Building
- Develop training materials, SOPs, work instructions, and assessment tools for pickers and riders.
- Align with Operations Training teams to standardize training content and delivery methods.
- Conduct training, certification, and testing to ensure pickers and riders perform according to defined processes and service standards.
- Monitor training effectiveness and refresh training programs when process changes occur.
- Support onboarding readiness for new stores, new hires, and new process rollouts.
Storage Area & Equipment Readiness
- Prepare and ensure operational areas, storage zones, and equipment are ready for daily operations.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure all operational tools and equipment meet required standards before launch or go-live.
- Conduct readiness checks and audits for new branches or newly implemented processes.
Recruitment & Manpower Readiness
- Align with HR Operations to support recruitment of pickers and riders in line with service requirements.
- Monitor staffing levels and identify manpower gaps to ensure sufficient operational capacity.
- Forecast readiness requirements based on demand trends, business growth, and seasonal peaks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Operations, Logistics, or related fields
- 4–7+ years of experience in training, operations readiness, field operations, or workforce planning
- Experience in frontline operations training and SOP deployment
- Strong coordination and execution skills
- Able to work closely with HR, Training, Store Operations, and Logistics teams
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, quick commerce, or logistics is preferred
