We're Hiring: Operations Manager (Food & Beverage Focus)
Location: Don Mueang International & Domestic Airport, Bangkok
Miracle Group is seeking a highly driven Operations Manager to oversee our hospitality operations at Don Mueang International Airport, with a strong core background in Food & Beverage.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands high-volume F&B operations, thrives in a fast-paced airport environment, and can inspire teams to deliver consistent service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Food & Beverage operations across airport lounges and outlets
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, service standards, and guest satisfaction
Oversee kitchen and service teams, including staffing, scheduling, and performance
Maintain strong control over quality, hygiene, food safety, and cost management
Drive operational efficiency while maintaining premium hospitality standards
Coordinate closely with senior management and airport stakeholders
Ensure SOP compliance and continuous improvement across all operational areas
Key Requirements
Proven experience in Food & Beverage leadership (airport, hotel, lounge, or high-volume hospitality preferred)
Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage multiple outlets or teams
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading from the front
Excellent people management and communication skills
Experience in airport or 24/7 operations is a strong advantage
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
