Operations & Execution Management
* Manage overall operations across all F&B outlets and vending services to ensure consistency and smooth daily execution.
* Act as a key support to the Operations Manager in achieving revenue targets, optimizing costs, and maximizing business performance.
* Evaluate operational reports (daily/weekly/monthly) covering sales, labor expenses, and cost of goods to identify insights and improvement actions.
* Perform routine site inspections and internal reviews to maintain standards in service quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
* Lead and guide Area Managers and store-level teams to ensure compliance with company guidelines, airport rules, and brand expectations.
* Provide on-site operational assistance during high-traffic periods and special occasions to maintain service excellence.

Revenue & Budget Control
* Define and track sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis for each location.
* Assess outlet performance against KPIs and implement necessary action plans for improvement.
* Partner with Marketing and R&D teams to execute promotions, upselling strategies, and product rollouts.
* Ensure cost control through monitoring expenses, minimizing waste, and maintaining budget discipline.
* Develop initiatives that boost revenue while increasing team engagement and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Payroll Coordination
* Supervise, coach, and develop store leadership teams and frontline employees.
* Manage workforce allocation, shift planning, and staffing efficiency across all branches.
* Conduct appraisals, provide feedback, and promote a culture of accountability and collaboration.
* Audit payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave records, and employee movements across locations.
* Validate and approve payroll summaries prior to submission to HR for processing.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies related to payroll and employee management.
* Work closely with HR on hiring needs, disciplinary matters, and training programs.

Stock Management & Supply Chain Efficiency
* Oversee stock accuracy, product flow, and waste control across all outlets.
* Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure timely supply and cost optimization.
* Lead periodic inventory checks and ensure alignment between physical counts and system records.
* Authorize purchasing activities and assess vendor performance to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Service Quality & Brand Compliance
* Maintain consistency in service delivery, food quality, store presentation, and overall customer experience.
* Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulatory requirements within airport and franchise environments.
* Conduct regular quality assessments and organize refresher training sessions for teams.
* Oversee execution of new store openings, rebranding activities, and product launches.

Reporting & Stakeholder Collaboration
* Compile and present monthly operational reports with key insights, risks, and action plans.
* Facilitate regular management meetings to review performance and align on best practices.
* Partner with Finance to validate revenue, costs, and operational expenses.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations across departments.
* Act as the main liaison for airport authorities, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Digital Enablement
* Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency and service standards.
* Utilize data analytics and KPI tracking to support strategic decision-making.
* Encourage the use of digital and AI tools to enhance productivity in reporting, communication, and planning.
* Contribute to company-wide transformation initiatives aimed at improving workflows and collaboration.
