Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Opeatations Management (ensuring efficient processes, quality control, and optimal resource utilization by leading teams, managing AOP, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and achieve organizational goals across various departments).
- Plant P&L are less variance from planned and Minimize Operation Variance
- Key Lever driver with team. In charge of plant KPI / Goal, Drive through continuous improvement and Lean culture.
- RFQ for new product, Ensure quality of product are met as customer requirement and Ensure Delivery Service to customer are being met and optimize inventory
- Ensure HSE are met with zero accident, zero environmental claim and Sustaining Quality/Environment Management System are in compliance (ISO 9001, 14001, 18001)
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Operations Management, Business Management, Logistics and Procurement, Financial Management or Equivalent
- Lean Knowledge , ISO & IATF knowledge , Safety for Management Level
- 8 -10 years of relevant experience in a similar position, of which at least 3 years must have been at a management level.
