Position: Operations Manager (Eastern Region) - 1 Position

Location: Chonburi

Key Responsibilities: As an Operations Manager, you will be the strategic foundation for driving Operational Excellence in alignment with G4S global standards. Your mission is to achieve financial targets, cultivate strong client partnerships, and lead a high-performing team to oversee the delivery of professional security services across the Bangkok metropolitan area.

Qualifications:

• Leadership: Possessing high maturity and outstanding leadership skills in organizational management.
• Education & Background: Open to all educational backgrounds and industries; however, direct experience in Security Management is a significant advantage.
• Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an operational management role (from civilian sectors, disciplined services, or the security industry).
• Large-Scale Team Management: Proven ability to manage a large workforce of approximately 500 - 1,000 personnel across diverse sites.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English for practical business communication (both speaking and writing).
• Strategic Mindset: A positive Can-Do attitude, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of financial and business dimensions.
