Job Description

Position: Operations Manager (Hospitality / Attractions)

Our client is a leading provider of immersive hospitality experiences, specializing inzoo management, exhibitions, and interactive attractions. We are dedicated to creating safe, educational, and unforgettable experiences for families, tourists, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, oversee, and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Supervise and coordinate all operational departments, including: Guest Experience / Front of House, Operations & Maintenance, Safety & Security, Ticketing / Admissions / Crowd Management
  • Lead large teams, including full-time staff, temporary staff, and outsourced personnel; manage scheduling, performance, and professional development.
  • Maintain and enforce service standards in alignment with hospitality excellence and brand expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and risk management protocols for both guests and staff.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, government agencies, and business partners.
  • Analyze operational data such as attendance, costs, and KPIs to optimize performance.
  • Support new project launches, special events, and seasonal activities.
  • Manage operational budgets and implement cost control measures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 510 years of experience in operations or facility management.
  • Direct experience managing attractions or experiential venues, such as: Zoos, Water parks / Amusement parks, Museums / Exhibitions
  • Theme attractions or entertainment venues
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams and high-traffic venues.
  • Deep understanding of customer experience, crowd control, and safety management.
  • Ability to make quick, effective decisions and resolve operational issues.
  • English proficiency is a plus.
