Job Description

We are looking for Operations Manager to support the strategic and operational leadership of hotel operations across the portfolio. Based in Bangkok, the position partners with property leadership teams to develop and implement operational standards, drive consistency of service delivery, and improve efficiency across all properties. The role ensures hotel operations meet standards, address guest needs, support employee satisfaction, and maximise the financial performance of each property.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic direction of hotel operations across the portfolio.
  • Partner with property leadership teams to plan, coordinate and monitor operational functions, driving consistency and best-in-class service across all hotels.
  • Develop, implement and maintain standard operating procedures, service standards and quality benchmarks across the portfolio.
  • Conduct regular property visits, audits and inspections to monitor standards of service, safety, cleanliness and maintenance, and ensure compliance.
  • Analyse operational performance data across properties, identify trends and opportunities, and recommend initiatives to improve efficiency, guest satisfaction and profitability.
  • Support property teams in preparing annual budgets, forecasts and operational plans; monitor expenses and report variances.
  • Coordinate and monitor progress of key operational projects and rollouts across multiple properties.
  • Research, evaluate and implement new products, services, technology and processes to maintain a competitive position and anticipate guest needs.
  • Mentor and develop property operations leaders and supervisors, supporting training, performance management and succession planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the hotels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in hotel operations, with multi-property or corporate-level experience preferred.
  • Very good written & verbal English is essential.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational and presentation skills; a self-starter, results-driven and with strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to properties as required.
