Overview
We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to strengthen our operations at Iron Software. This role combines strategic and hands-on HR leadership overseeing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance across our growing global team.
You'll play a key role in shaping Iron's culture and ensuring that every part of the employee lifecycle from hiring to development runs smoothly and reflects our company values. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes across departments from writing job descriptions and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers.
- Ensure candidate experience reflects Iron's culture and values at every stage.
- Conduct HR screening calls to assess culture fit and role alignment.
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and visa/work permit processes.
- Maintain and refine recruitment pipelines and performance analytics to support data-driven hiring decisions.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee monthly payroll preparation, salary adjustments, and benefit administration in collaboration with the accounting team.
- Ensure employee records, contracts, and HR systems are accurate, secure, and compliant with Thai labour law and company policies.
- Maintain and update HR policies, handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate insurance, leave, and attendance tracking.
- Support ISO and data-protection documentation relevant to HR.
Employee Relations & Development
- Partner with managers to guide employee performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning.
- Foster open communication, engagement, and positive team culture through surveys, check-ins, and events.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and strengthen employee experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 36 years experience in HR, including recruitment and operations management.
- Solid knowledge of Thai labour law and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with HR tools.
- Fluent in Thai with good English communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, confidentiality, and professionalism.
