Responsibilities
Incident and Problem Management
- Develop and implement robust incident and problem management processes to minimize downtime and ensure timely resolution of issues, including addressing application problem within the defined SLA.
- Coordinate with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues.
Vendor Management
- Manage relationship with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure the effective delivery of IT Services.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and service levels
Budget Management
- Develop and manage the IT Operation budget,ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources and technology investments.
- Provide regular reporting on budget performance and variances.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of IT Operation professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with other department heads to aligh IT Operation goals with overall business objectives.
Change Agility Improvement
- Lead a team in enhancing system, implement automation tools, improving process, and employing other strategies to execute qualified changes with minimal resources.
Project and Target Commitment
- Supporting the team and taking on the role of a project manager to allocate specific tasks to the team within the project s timeline.
- Lead and support a team involved in addressing design and feedback issues during the production phase of cloud transformation projects.
- Preparing and Revise Operational Standards utilized by Operations Team
