Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing resources and staff, implementing operational policies and procedures, optimizing workflows, and coordinating with different departments to meet organizational goals. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, conducting regular evaluations, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Management skills, including team management, resource allocation, and performance evaluation
• Operational Planning and Strategy, focused on process optimization and workflow management
• Compliance and Quality Control, with an understanding of regulatory standards and quality assurance practices
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, ensuring effective coordination with various departments and stakeholders
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site and commit to a full-time schedule
• Must speak fluent Thai & English
